Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

In order to ensure that you are eligible to buy products from our website, you must fulfill the following criteria:

  • You must be 18 years old or over.
  • Personal information should be true and accurate.
  • You must provide your valid telephone number
  • You must provide your real name and billing address
  • Storageclothing will not be responsible if delivery address is entered incorrectly and delivery is made on the delivery address
  • Storageclothing reserves right to cancel any order and refund any payments made by the buyer for the cancelled order.
  • All sales made are final and cannot be cancelled if order is out for dispatched
  • Customers will be informed by email regarding the status of their order and delivery details
  • Please allow 3 - 7 days for delivery after your order payment has been cleared by the payment authorities
  • All payments will be processed by Gemini Sonic Ltd.
  • We accept payment by Paypal, Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Master Card, Delta and Switch), Cheque and Bank Credit Transfer.
  • No credit terms or accounts are available.
  • Products ordered must be paid for in advance of delivery. This means that if you pay by cheque, then we must pay it into our bank and the amount must clear prior to the dispatch of goods.
  • The goods are described on the individual product pages. From time to time, manufacturers alter their designs slightly. Although we take every care to ensure that the product image displayed on the website is correct, there may be slight variations to the end product compared to the site image.
  • The individual product page on our website lists the price you pay, including VAT. The shipping preparation is calculated on the final page prior to entering credit card details.
  • Whilst we make every effort to ensure our prices are correct, there may be occasions when we discover that a product currently listed has been mis-priced. In such instances, we will remove the product from sale and edit it. In such circumstances, we would not be able to honour the incorrect price. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time. We amend our prices as soon as possible after being advised by manufacturers of the changes.
  • In the event that the product you requested is out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail
  • Any shipping charges to return goods to ourselves (excluding for damaged or faulty goods) will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This means that if you change your mind about your products once they have been delivered, you will not receive a refund for the completed shipping contract.
  • If, for any reason, your goods will take longer than 30 days to be delivered to you, we will notify you by e-mail. In the rare event of delayed delivery (in excess of 30 days) you have the choice to either wait for the goods to be delivered, or request a complete refund. Requests for refunds must be made in writing by e-mail, fax or letter.

Right to Cancel and the Returning of Goods

  • You are within your right to cancel an order placed with us, up to 48 hours from the date your order is delivered.
  • If the goods have not been shipped, then we will refund your shipping costs along with the cost of goods (less any other charges).
  • If the goods have already been shipped (i.e. the shipping contract has been fulfilled, or partially fulfilled if the goods are in transit), then you will not receive a refund of your shipping charges.
  • If you wish to return goods to us, please inform us by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
  • If you do return goods to us, then you have a ‘duty of care’. The item must be unworn and in our original packaging New and unused means there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange the item must be unworn and in perfect condition with all the labels and original packaging.
  • It is part of this contract that you suitably package the goods and arrange a safe return carriage to us at your own expense.
  • A ‘returned goods’ form is available from our sales team, who will be happy to send the document to you for completion. This helps us to handle the return in our warehouse efficiently and ensure that you are correctly reimbursed. We only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are shipped back to us within 14 days of issue of your returns number.
  • In the event that your goods are damaged on a return journey arranged by you, you will not receive a refund and must make a claim against the carrying company.

Orders

We aim to deliver the chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Please order from storageclothing.co.uk with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time.

If your order will not be delivered within the framework specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.


Delivery

When your order arrives, you will be asked to sign to say that you have received the goods and that they are in good condition.


Damaged or Incomplete Delivery

If your goods do arrive damaged or incomplete, you must tell us within 48 hours of the delivery date. If you do not let us know within this time, we are unable to make a claim to either the manufacturer, or the courier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 48 hours.

If someone else will be signing for your goods

If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf, you agree to ensure that your nominated signatory checks the goods prior to acceptance. You agree to accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if your nominated signatory signs on your behalf and fails to check the delivery. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your accepting goods and signing a delivery note without checking the goods for carrier damage. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Passing of property and risk

We will retain the legal ownership of the items until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Risk in the item will pass to you on delivery to you.

Returning Goods from Non EU Countries

  • If you are receiving your order outside the EU, you will also have received a Proforma Invoice with your package, this needs to be completed and enclosed with the items you wish to return.
  • On this form please indicate which item(s) are being returned by ticking the boxes alongside the product details. Complete the Returns Number section with the number you have been issued and sign appropriately.

All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred. With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.
